There are 2 models,  semi automatic one without dryer and automatic one with metallic dryer for this egg tray machine production line.

Main sections of the paper egg tray machine:

1. pulping system: 

Put the waster paper into the hydraulic pulper , the paper and water will mix in hydraulic pulper ,then go to the refiner machine, refiner machine make the pulp more small and uniform ,then the pulp pump absorb the pulp to the pulp pool .after the second mix in the pulp pool, the pulp will go to the forming machine pulp tank .

  2. forming system

The Egg Tray Molding Forming System consists of various equipment and dies.

The wet forming section consists of a series of wire screen covered wet forming dies mounted on a molding drum, and a matching set of transfer dies mounted on a transfer mechanism.

The egg tray forming die is made up of rigid corrosive resistant metal or ABS engineering plastic and consists of many component parts that are drilled with small drainage holes and covered by prior to formed stainless steel screens.

3. Dryer system

There are burners and blowers on the two sides of the drying line.
